Perfect for what I need it for
I have a low-voltage lighting system and wanted a motion-sensing light so I can see the dogs when they’re outside. Based on other reviews I wasn’t sure if this would be compatible, but it is and it works great. I ran a lead from the mail line and connected the fixture to it with wire nuts. The sensor works well and the light is quite bright for a low voltage fixture, which is what I wanted. Be aware that if you have a very long run of landscape lights and/or your wire to the power source is a smaller gauge, this could cause other lights farther down the line to dim somewhat during the time it’s on. Hasn’t been a big deal for me.

    Great Patio Light
Perfect amount of light for a patio or small yard. I am using it on my apartment patio that faces a greenbelt area that’s used as a shortcut, I suspect, a get-away route into and out of the complex by those wanting to go unnoticed. This is bright enough to deter most of this traffic without annoying my neighbors or freaking out the wildlife. The PIR sensitivity range is good, better than others I have had. I can’t comment on how rainproof it is, I mounted mine in a sheltered location. And being able to buy it in either 110v or 12v version was outstanding, RVers will appreciate that.

Works great for the price, great value!
Edit 6/2019Light is working great, couldn’t ask more for this product.**********I have this light hooked up next to one of my external cameras near the trash cans. I had a dark area far from any power receptacles, but I did have my exterior cameras hooked up and I figured it would be a nice location to tap into the existing power 12V line for the camera. Opening the box first thing you notice is how well made and tight everything is, this unit looks like it will last a long time. I’m lighting an alley about 15ft wide and it lights up the area quite nicely.Easy to install, I upgraded the power supply with a single 3W brick that replaced all the different power supplies. When the lights go on, I notice no flicker or any interference on the video feed. One thing I would improve is to have a longer bracket to install, I had to move the location because if I installed on my siding it would not have been able to rotate it with the motion detector sticking out. The work around would be to put a piece of wood or some kind of spacer to give you that extra turning capability.Another small issue is the sensitivity dial does not seem to make much of a difference, I tested it indoors first and I used the dial and I did not notice any dimming. The motion sensor is very sensitive, it will detect me from a wide angle and it works great where I finally settled on the location. Very happy with this product, so far. I will update if any changes.Edit:I took a star off. After a year or so, the unit’s light and motion module stopped working, so now I use it directly hooked up to a low voltage source and turn it with a switch. This means that the module is not well insulated to protect from the weather. I’d buy again, but I’d make sure it’s protected from the rain by a shed or some kind of shelter.

The light and sensor work great, well lit area for 50+ feet on a …
I installed this in a cabin in the woods which does not have any AC power. The light and sensor work great, well lit area for 50+ feet on a dark night. I gave it 5 stars based upon its performance for the price. Yes there are better LED flood lights on the market but I can not find a better one anywhere near this price. I by all my LEDs from China through Amazon. No you will not get any fancy packaging, yes you are lucky if you get any kind of instructions, in this case it came with hard to follow instructions which are better than no instructions. Buying straight from China saves you money but it is a gamble, read the reviews on any LED product direct shipped from there, it is hit or miss and good luck shipping it back t China to get a new one. If you want a great warranty and customer service-go to your local store, if you wanna roll the dice for not much money; buy your LEDs here. I personally have had really good luck with the straight from China LEDs, I’ve purchased many and only had one bad one.

The sensor has a good range (adjustable), the light is a bright flood and it functions off low voltage 12V AC (and DC). Works great!

Great motion sensor light. I wired it directly to my 12 volt off grid cabin. Works wonderfully.

Light is as advertised. It’s not as bright as I thought it would be but I’m not knowledgeable about lumens.
